TAM tickets have sold out and there will be no further allocation of tickets. A small number of full-priced ($445) tickets were made available and allocated to those who applied by the 8^th of October, by lottery. The lottery took place on the 13^th of October and winners were notified. Unclaimed tickets will flow down the lottery list until all tickets are claimed and paid for.

Existing registrants can return to their dashboard by logging in as returning members.

SPECIAL STUDENT $150 REIMBURSEMENTS – TEN ONLY
INCLUDING THREE FOR FREE!

Australian Skeptics have now selected ten students, each of whom won a $150 grant from the Australian Skeptics Science and Education Foundation as a rebate on their TAM registration fees. Also selected were three among those ten, who won an additional $150 grant courtesy of @ateisten, a Swedish Skeptic who had to cancel his plan to join us in Sydney. Those three students will now come to TAM Australia for free! As previously advertised, we decided that an extra $20 from the grant will go towards book vouchers for each of the three ‘free’ students. In a late twist, Dr Michael Vagg has donated $240 towards book vouchers for all ten winning students. You might think that that would make it $30 of books for each student, but you’d be wrong. Embiggen books, our favourite skeptical book shop and the official book shop of TAM Australia, will use some intricate skeptical maths and turn the vouchers into $40 vouchers.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
* Access to all sessions from Friday 26th - Sunday 28th November
* Conference satchel, complete with program book
* The welcome function on the evening of Friday 26 November
* Morning/afternoon teas and lunches on Saturday and Sunday
* GST. A tax invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
A dinner on Saturday night will be available at an additional charge – only limited numbers are available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PAYMENTS: Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query, the secretariat will contact you. ASN Events supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.
EARLY BIRD PAYMENTS: If your registration was made before July 4, but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by the end of July 4, the early member discount will be removed.
CHANGES: Tickets are non-transferable. Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavour to accommodate the request.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$25 if made in writing before 8th October 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. Transfer of Early Bird or concession tickets will require payment of the difference to full price, as the eligibility is non-transferable.
INSURANCE: The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.

TAM Australia cannot be held responsible for the withdrawal of any advertised speaker, for whatever reason, and registration will not be refunded on the basis of such withdrawal.
